The service

TeleAI helps a business answer comments on its own social accounts and shows what its audience asks. It is a pilot: features and availability can change.

Your responsibility

You decide what the service may say. The facts you enter are the only source of its answers; you are responsible for them being true and for having the right to connect the accounts. Do not use the service for medical, legal or financial advice, or for anything illegal.

Automated replies

Replies are generated by a language model and can be wrong. By default replies wait for your approval. If you switch a channel to automatic mode, you accept that replies go out in your name without review, and that you can pause the service at any time.

Platforms

You must follow the rules of each connected platform. A platform may limit or suspend your account; we cannot control that.

Liability

The pilot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (nothing during the free pilot).

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
