Who we are

Persiana Media Group operates TeleAI (this website). Contact for privacy questions: info@Persianagroup.tv.

What we collect

Account data (email, a salted hash of your password, business name); the business information you enter (description, tone, answers you write); credentials you give us to connect your social accounts (stored encrypted, never shown again, never written to logs); and, once you connect an account, the public comments under the posts of that account (text, time, the commenter's public name where the platform provides it) and the replies we send. We also keep an activity log of what the service did for your business.

Why

To provide the service you asked for: answering comments in your name under your rules, and summarising which questions your audience keeps asking. We do not sell data, and we do not use your business's comments to build profiles of individual commenters.

Who processes it

Hosting: Hetzner (Finland). Reply drafting: a language-model provider (Anthropic) receives the comment text, the post text and the business facts you entered, only to write a reply. The social platforms (Meta, X, Telegram) receive the replies you authorise.

How long

Account and settings until you delete the account. Comments and replies: up to 12 months, then deleted. Backups are kept for up to 7 days.

Your rights and deletion

You can download everything we hold for your business and delete your account from the Account page; deletion removes your data from our database at once and from backups within 7 days. Commenters can ask us to remove their comment data by writing to info@Persianagroup.tv. See also the data-deletion page.

Security

Secrets are encrypted with per-business keys; access is limited to the service itself; the connection is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell affected customers promptly if something goes wrong.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
