Data deletion

If you are a customer

Log in, open Account and use "Delete everything". Your business, users, settings, stored secrets, comments, replies and activity log are removed from our database at once and from backups within 7 days.

If you commented on a connected account

Write to info@Persianagroup.tv with a link to your comment (or your public username and the post). We will delete the stored copy of your comment and the reply to it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you disconnected the app in your social settings

Removing the app in Instagram, X or Telegram revokes our access. Write to info@Persianagroup.tv to have the stored data of that account deleted too.
